Hey there, Queen! I can relate to your struggles with weight and body image. Before becoming a personal trainer, I was overweight, confused, and overwhelmed, just like many other women. At 155 pounds with 46% body fat, I felt uncomfortable and lacked confidence, especially when it came to wearing swimwear.
In my efforts to transform my body, I made some mistakes, like combining 3 hours of weight and cardio training and only eating salads. I soon learned that this approach wasn't sustainable, and I wasn't giving my body the nutrients it needed to fuel my training. But after becoming a certified personal trainer and discovering the right way to train and nourish my body, I was able to achieve a transformation I never thought possible. I lost 31 pounds of fat and achieved a body fat percentage of 28%.
