Hourglass Lab's Plan Policies
Subscription Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their subscription plan (Group Training 1x - Loyalty, Group Training 2x - Loyalty, Group Training 3x - Loyalty, 1:1 Training 2x - Loyalty, 1:1 Training 3x - Loyalty) and their 1-year agreement at any time.

Early Cancellation Fee: If cancellation occurs before the 12th monthly dues payment is billed, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee is the lesser of:

$1,440, or

The unpaid portion of your first 12 monthly dues (plus applicable tax and any outstanding balances such as late fees).

Member Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your account’s “My Subscriptions” page:

Cancellations cannot be accepted by text, email, phone, or in person. -
Billing: All memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or weekly, depending on your plan) until canceled.

Refunds: Enrollment fees, annual dues, and the first & last month’s dues are nonrefundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:

Unused time

Missed sessions

Partial billing periods

Cancellation Window: To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 1 day prior to your renewal date.
Grace Period Policy:
Grace periods provide members the opportunity to correct failed payments before a subscription is canceled.

Failed Payment: If your subscription payment fails, you will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and submit payment.

Ongoing Responsibility: You remain responsible for all subscription charges until your plan is canceled.

Late Fee: If payment is not received within 5 days of the failed billing date, a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.

Cancellation: If payment is not corrected within the 7-day grace period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
Booking Policy:

No Refunds on Sessions: Training session fees are nonrefundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to relocation, illness, or unused sessions.

Fixed Schedule: Hourglass Lab Training Club sessions are scheduled at set times per week. Sessions are not transferable. If a session is missed, no refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of that session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

Late Cancellation Fee: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $28.00 late cancellation fee.
