Hourglass Lab's Plan Policies
Subscription Cancellation Policy:
Members may notify Hourglass Lab at any time of their desire to terminate their [TimeWindow Queen Key, Prime TimeWindow Queen Key, AM Queen Key, PM Queen Key, Weekend Queen Key, Queen Key (24/7)] subscription membership. After Hourglass Lab receives a member’s notice, one more EFT billing will occur on the EFT billing date stated in the subscription details of the member’s account. Member privileges will continue for another 28* days beyond the date of the last EFT billing.
If a member does not provide notice of their last month of service and payment, they will be required to pay a late cancellation fee.
You can send your notice of termination to cancellations@hourglasslab.online with ‘Notice of Cancellation’ as the subject. Click ‘send email’ to start the process.
Clients can cancel their (Group Training 1x, Group Training 2x, Group Training 3x, Group Training 1x + Queen Key, Group Training 2x + Queen Key , Group Training 3x + Queen Key) subscription plan from their "My Subscriptions" page. Members are responsible for canceling these plans from their "My Subscriptions" page.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
Clients may cancel their (Loyalty: Group Training 1x + Queen Key, Loyalty: Group Training 2x + Queen Key , Loyalty: Group Training 3x + Queen Key) subscription plan and their 1 year agreement at any time, but if I do so before the date of their 12th monthly dues payment is due, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $1440 or the unpaid portion of their first 12 monthly dues billings (plus tax, if any, and any other outstanding amounts due, such as late fees).
Grace Period Policy:
Grace periods give clients and members the opportunity to rectify failed payments, before their subscription cancels.

Failed Payment: If your subscription payment fails, you will have exactly 7 day grace period to resubmit your payment.

Membership: you are still responsible for paying for the service until your subscription is canceled.

Late Fee: If the payment is not made within 5 days of the missed payment, a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.

Cancellation: To avoid the cancellation of your subscription, please ensure your payment is resubmitted within the 7 day grace period.
Booking Policy:
No training sessions refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions. Hourglass Lab Training Club sessions meet on a predetermined fixed schedule a set number of times per week. Hourglass Lab Training Club sessions are not transferable and, if missed, no refunds or make-up sessions will be given. If the client doesn’t show-up, they forfeit of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
