For newcomers, an initial 15-minute appointment is required to complete necessary waivers. Following this, you'll have the privilege of enjoying 24-hour key access to our facilities.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule private training sessions, please contact your trainer at least 24 hours in advance. Cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a $28.00 late cancellation fee.
