Recovery with Normatec 3
Normatec 3 is used to enhance muscle recovery and reduce soreness and swelling after physical activity. It employs dynamic air compression to improve circulation, mimicking the body's natural muscle pump action, which helps flush out metabolic waste like lactic acid. This can lead to faster recovery times, reduced muscle fatigue, and increased mobility. To use the Normatec 3, first select the appropriate attachment (leg, arm, or hip) and ensure it's comfortably secured around the targeted area. Connect the attachment to the control unit's hose, and then turn on the device. Choose your desired intensity level (1-7) and session time, and start the treatment. During the session, you can adjust settings or use ZoneBoost for targeted compression.
